Daniel Willis was born in Wichita Falls, Texas and grew up in a small town just outside the city limits. After graduating as valedictorian of his high school, Daniel earned his bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies from Dallas Baptist University. Daniel attended law school at Baylor University School of Law on an academic scholarship. After competing in a writing contest, Daniel won a place on the prestigious Baylor Law Review as Notes & Comments Editor.
Daniel began his legal career in south Texas, working with one of the fastest-growing insurance companies in the state. Daniel has multiple years of experience working for insurance companies defending a variety of cases, including car accidents, trucking accidents, workplace accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, products liability, and oil field accidents. He has successful trial experience in counties all across Texas, including Bexar, Cameron, Dallas, Hidalgo, Kleberg, Tarrant, and Travis. His knowledge of the defense side of litigation has made him a valuable asset to his clients on the plaintiff side.
Daniel is a three-time medalist at the Texas State Track & Field Meet and is a former Texas State Cross Country Champion. In his free time, Daniel enjoys Crossfit, disc golf, and spending time with his Labrador Retriever, Hank.
